Marketing Strategy Consultation Review your overall marketing strategy with an eye to increasing the effectiveness of your marketing plans.  Set a marketing plan for your group/organization with measurable short term and long term goals.  Review business relationships with your organization where opportunities for co-marketing are available. Optionally, provide in-house versus outsourcing cost/benefit comparisons. From $500 to $3,000 depending on scope

Plus travel costs if applicable

Call Center Consultation Provide advice and assistance on effective call center management including:  hiring guidelines, database management, CRM software standards, inbound and outbound call handling, script development, measurement of results, and report creation. This offering is suitable for small call centers (three to twenty agents). Training internships at KMA for your agents are also available if appropriate. From $500 to $3,000 depending on scope

Plus travel costs if applicable

Campaign Design Interview your solution managers to develop objectives. Analyze your existing data. Design the specific marketing campaign with project implementation plan. Deliver campaign flow diagram with dates, quantities, results and expense to revenue estimates. $100 to $500 depending on scope.

In many cases the cost will be credited back to you if KMA implements parts of the campaign.

Marketing Database Management

Data Optimization with XPerience

Optimization of your current marketing data using analysis, data normalization, de-duplication and technical database manipulation.  This process employs the vast KMA XPerience Database to optimize your data. We can perform this service on small list (for a specific project) or on your whole marketing database. From $75 for a small list to $2,000 for an entire marketing database.
This service is provided at no extra charge if we implement your campaign.

Contact Discovery Telemarketing

Verification and update of records by the most cost-effective combination of direct phone calls and accessing public databases. $3 - 8 per location or per record
Database management and hosting Let us manage your marketing database for you. Provide data management for your marketing data.  Apply updates from any combination of sources within your company (marketing, support, etc).  On demand service to extract and prepare lists for specific marketing projects or individual sales reps (including list optimization using our XPerience database). Provide an interactive Web portal for list extraction requests and reports. For some of our clients we host the marketing DB here at KMA and provide full content and physical management. For others the database is on their site and we manage the content via remote access. $300 - $3,000 per month depending on size, frequency of updates and list preparation requests

Inbound Response Management

Let us provide consistent, high quality support for your inbound inquiries via web, email, toll-free phone, fax, business reply card (mail permit available) and magazine bingo cards. The service can cover:

Telemarketing with KMA's most experienced telemarketing team.  HiQ Callers average over 25 years experience in the IT Industry.  Outbound telemarketing programs for qualified lead generation for technology hardware, software, and services. $10 - $15 per record

Regular Telemarketing

"Regular" telemarketing like you are used to elsewhere. Suitable for many general or lower complexity campaign needs: event invitation, attendance boosting, contact discovery, lead generation for simple or low-cost solutions.  Our regular telemarketing callers use our HiQ callers as "big brothers" to increase their effectiveness.  $3 - $8 per record
Opportunity studies For some purposes this is an important alternative to conventional lead generation. Instead of working against a "contact" list with a specific target solution, we call into a list of enterprises and produce a profile of their current IT solutions and future needs. Such enterprise profiles can be used for market research or for feeding opportunity into your sales pipeline. As you would guess, HiQ callers are very powerful for this purpose. $30 - $175 per enterprise

At last, you will get consistent, complete and credible updates for all your leads. Therefore, you will have tangible revenue measurements of the value of every campaign and comparative measurements of the effectiveness of all your marketing and sales resources. For one customer we have taken it as far as a worldwide, weekly, integrated pipeline management system. $30 - $60 per lead
